  • Your order ships out of Miami, Florida to any region in the world via UPS.

  • Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and will be quoted to you prior to your purchase.

  • When you send the completed order request form, we will provide you with an invoice including any taxes and shipping rates for your specific order.

  • If expedited shipping is needed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Delivery: Your order ships 7 - 10 business days from the date of payment.

 

Returns / Refunds:

We take great care in the making of this product. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund (A partial refund means: you will receive the refund of the purchase price minus any shipping costs.) Partial refunds will only be given for merchandise if unused and in the original condition. The client is responsible for the costs of shipping the returned merchandise to us. Other languages outside of currently available English, Spanish, and French can be requested for an additional fee. Special order items are produced as ordered and cannot be returned.
